Juniper
Juniper checks every name twice (sometimes three times, just to be sure) and puts a little gold star beside each one.
Santa’s Workshop · North Pole
Shake the snow off your boots and come inside. The elves have just lit the lanterns, and Santa is writing letters by the fire.
Tiptoe inside ↓Ho, ho, ho! Hello, my dear friend.
Every December my mail room fills up with happy news from Santa’s helpers at home: who learned something new, who was kind to a friend, and who has a wish tucked away in their heart. I read every word, and then I write back.
Santa Claus
Shhh… Santa is writing
Every letter is written at this very desk, by candlelight, with a mug of cocoa close by (Mrs. Claus insists). Santa writes slowly and carefully, because no two children are alike.
He likes to mention the town you live in, a friend or pet who’s dear to you, and something you did this year that made the whole workshop cheer. When the ink is dry, the letter is folded, sealed, and handed to the elves.

Meet the Mail Room elves
There’s so much to do before Christmas Eve! Here are three of the busiest helpers in Santa’s Mail Room.
Juniper checks every name twice (sometimes three times, just to be sure) and puts a little gold star beside each one.
Bramble mixes the peppermint-red ink, sharpens Santa’s quills, and keeps the sealing wax warm and ready.
Clove draws Santa’s Christmas Eve flight map and marks every town with a tiny golden star, so the sleigh never misses a rooftop.
Pinned up by the fireplace
Your grown-ups send Santa your news, so you never need to type a thing. Just keep being kind and keep wondering. The North Pole is always listening.
